About Me.

Hey, I’m Hannah— runner, overthinker, dog wrangler, and chaotic good in human form, living in South Wales.

I started this blog as a way to process life in my thirties while managing undiagnosed ADHD, depression, and a deep love/hate relationship with fitness. Spoiler: it’s not always pretty, but it’s honest.

You’ll find me sprinting toward self-improvement one meltdown at a time — usually with muddy trainers, three dogs in tow, and at least one forgotten appointment on my calendar.

The Depressed ADHD Runner is where I share the good, the grim, and the deeply awkward moments of trying to stay upright — mentally, emotionally, and sometimes literally — while navigating adulthood with a neurodivergent brain.

What you’ll find here:

  • šŸƒ‍ā™€ļø ADHD-fueled fitness attempts (running, quitting, running again)

  • šŸ• Dog hair, countryside chaos, and questionable decisions

  • šŸ’¬ Messy thoughts on mental health, surviving your thirties, and trying really hard

  • šŸ’” Real talk, humour, and maybe a little hope

If you’ve ever cried mid-run, rage-cleaned your kitchen at 1am, or wondered how everyone else seems to have a clue — welcome. You’re my kind of person.
