You Are Not Alone — This Is a Safe Space

Hey friend,

If you’ve found your way here, please know this: you are not alone. Whether you're running on empty, overwhelmed by the noise in your head, or just trying to hold it together one moment at a time — you’re seen, you’re valid, and you’re not broken.

This space was created with love, honesty, and understanding — especially for people who feel like they’re carrying invisible weights. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, or anything else that feels heavy, there is support out there and people who care (even when your brain tries to convince you otherwise).

As someone who’s trying to navigate life, fitness, and mental health with ADHD and depression, I know how lonely and exhausting it can feel. Some days I run, some days I hide under blankets. And both are okay.

Below you’ll find a list of mental health resources — some for crisis support, some for everyday struggles, some for specific identities. Bookmark them, share them, or come back when you need a reminder that help is real and healing is possible.

You’re not a burden. You’re a human being. And you are absolutely allowed to take up space, ask for help, and rest when the world feels too much.

With love,
The Depressed ADHD Runner
